RYLA is an intense
four-day leadership conference for high school sophomores and juniors
who have demonstrated extensive leadership ability in their schools
and communities. They learn team-building, decision-making, problem
solving skills, communication skills and a lot more. The goal is
to train effective, ethical leaders for the 21st Century.
